In theory yes you can; The hard part is finding a key that you can program!

For both the non-remote and the remote keys, there are procedures (Can find them in the forum) for programming keys. However, only Toyota sell 'proper' blanks and they are expensive!

You can get cheaper second-hand ones from eBay, but there is no guarantee that the programming procedure will work with them, and if it is a remote key it will have a separate keyblade and module.

Usually auto-locksmiths just use a blank keyblade and clone an existing key onto a blank RFID module but that isn't something you can do yourself unless you happen to have the equipment.
