Hi,

Can someone help by telling me:

1. how easy is it to install the rear flaps?

2. how easy is it to install the front flaps, bearing in mind I noticed a small plastic 'flap' which is there from the factory?

Cheers,

Sash

It is not difficult.

If I remember correctly, I just cut away the little factory fitted flap thing at the front before fitting the flaps, though it may be possible to unscrew it in some way.

At the back I needed to drill a hole in the plastic rear bumper/wing for a self tapper on each side, and getting the two black plastic retaining plug things to line up in their holes can be a fiddle, to say the least !

Basically not a difficult job, just a bit fiddly.

Just noticed Craig has replied too, so I will omit the AIM reference that he has included!

Question. ...just fitted front mudflaps to my iq. I took off the little rubber original flap and cut it off underneath. ...However, do i have cut off the small metal plate that is in the middle of it. I've left it in situ but am not totally convinced with the fit. Any advice greatly appreciated.
