01 D4D No Tail Lights, Radio Or Indicators

hello

i have a problem with a cheap 01 d4d avensis I just bought. The car has no tail lights, brake lights, or indiactors working anywere.

The hazard lights are however working aswell as the headlights.I have also found my radio is not working nor is my central locking. I have checked all fuses and bulbs but to no avail.

i believe this may be down to a relay fault. does anyone have any advice?
