I have worked in a number of countries around the world and each has had special demands on cars. A major one in Brazil was the pot holes in the roads - literally the size of craters at times. Kuwait the extreme temperatures - it hit 55 degree C. one day I was there. They used to tell me it was dangerous to have your air conditioning pack up - they were right. We put a thermometer into a car in the mid day sun, the cabin temperature hit 90 degrees.

Here in Thailand where we live the dust is a problem, ignition locks and door locks become sticky very quickly and need cleaning/lubricating with a good quality oil. (WD40 or similar). Air cleaners need blowing out/changing. All rubber components take a hammering so fan belts/timing belts need attention.

Another problem is Gecko !Removed! - the little devils may be small but they !Removed! a lot. Just like pigeon doings it needs washing off as soon as possible.
