Good news, stripped off motor cleaned her up and greased. Put new split pin on the end and put her back. Works twice as quick as it's ever done. If you get a minute it's worth removing the tin lid to the motor and cleaning/ greasing, and putting new split pin on, you don't need to remove the motor to do this. Makes a difference..
