Replacing Clutch - What Costs To Expect?

I need to replace the clutch on a 2007 D4D (the more powerful model) and understand the dual mass flywheel is a 'check and replace if necessary' item on this job. Given the huge cost of that component, what are the chances it will be OK? I've owned this vehicle from new - it's been driven with care and it's done about 90k miles. Any other advice from people who've been down this path gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
