The government directive was that the local boroughs were meant to dis-band them for making too much money from us but you still see them around

We had the thread a few years ago with them illegally parked, in No Parking Areas, Disabled Bays, on Double Yellows,

and the one damaged while parked in & obstructing a Bus Lane.

You can’t blamed those person if they call this one as a Smart car. Well, it really looks like one. I think this is just a copy cat version and a pointless creation! I think this car is for special purpose only and not advice to be used daily.

Topspeed appears to be based in Florida.

The US didn't get the IQ until 2010, and this article was published (19.11.2009) before the production Scion IQ was first shown at the New York motor show (April 2010).

Ok Mark didnt read your post properly. It is weird that they would assume that the car was made for that market and that as a civilian would they be allowed to buy one etc
