Rav4 Bonnet Bra

Hi all,

With a couple of deep stone chips on my bonnet I thought I would look into getting a bonnet bra for my Rav4 XT5 (07) so after searching online and on eBay (UK) all I could find was bonnet bra's for 95 - 00 Rav4. However I wasn't giving up and I looked further afield and found a German company that did them and sold them on eBay.

Now I must admit that some of the reviews said they were not that good quality but I have ordered it and as I type it is out to be delivered today. So when it arrives and the rain stops I will be fitting it and let you know what I think.

Bonnet Bra arrived and after rain stopped I fitted it, wasn't easy to get right as lots of straps and needed to find areas under the bonnet to fit them to.

Today I have altered the straps so A goes to 1 and B goes to 2. There is a grommet which will go back in when straps in this hole.

Depending on what year you have, there is one from Auto style.

However, my point was that searching on Amazon is worth doing at an early stage if you're having difficulty finding an item you wish to purchase.

For example for upgrade halogen bulbs (eg Osram Nightbreaker Ultimate) Amazon are often cheaper than sites whose main business is selling bulbs.
