Smoke Problem

I have an avensis d4d t180 and it runs mint never misses a beat. But every now and again it throws out a lot of blue smoke for a couple of seconds. Any ideas ?

When & where is this happening, if its when fully warmed up and driving at steady speeds it could be DPNR regeneration

Yeah it when it's warmed up I could be just travelling along and when I look in the mirror there's a load of blue smoke

I just paid £350 to get everything cleaned out ie EGR and the dpf filter because it went into limp mode
