Need Help Guys Avensis 2003 Which Gearboxes Can I Use? 1.8 Vvti 5 Spee

Guys...any ideas which gearboxes i can use for the above car 1.8VVTi 53 plate

ive seen celica 5 speed boxes...from the 140 models removed from 2000 models which seemingly fit between 2000 - 2005.....ive seen 6 speed ones from the 140 also claim to fit same.....

Any differences apart from gear numbers? lol

A toyota mechanic would be good :-)
