2.0 D4D Leaking Coolant

Hi,

I'm the new owner of a 2004 Avensis Verso.

I bought it two weeks ago, and noticed wet patches under the car. First I thought it was water from the ac condenser, but now I've noticed that the coolant level has dropped as well.

Had a little look under the bonnet and it seems like the leak comes from where these tubes enter the block.

Pic is taken from the front of the engine.

So, what is it? How can it be fixed? How expensive?

Really difficult to tell, but the only thing I can see that fits into the block is the engine oil cooler, see pic
