D4D Cold Start Noise

My Previa has developed a strange fault, only occurs when the car had been left overnight. The cat starts and drives fine but at the end of my street is a hill I have to go down with a sharp bend at the bottom. As I brake to slow down the car, a whirring noise starts up. It lasts about 30 seconds to a minute and increases in noise with engine speed. Only makes the noise as I turn and brake so something to do with weight shifting setting it off.

Noise seems to come from the drivers side and I can feel a slight vibration through the brake pedal.

Any ideas?
