Celica Vvtl-I Strange Engine Noise Only When Hot... Help

Hello ppl

I bought a Celica vvtl-i (vvti190)

And it makes strange noise like plastic againts metal on left top side of the engine only when engine is hot.

I did engine oil flush already and noise still there.

Opened the engine to change broken lift bolt and noise is still there.

What can it be? chain tensioner? Camshaft?

The auxiliary belt can get noisy when worn. Swapping that is around £17. There's some videos on YouTube demonstrating the noise they can make.

I dont think it has something to d owith it... because noise is coming from inside of the engine. 100%.
