Fitting Cruise Control

I would like to try and fit cruise controle to my 09 automatic T27 1.8 Avensis (tr valvematic).

If any one could offer any advice at all regard fitting and finding the part/s i would be very grateful.

I have just purchased a T25 steering wheel off eBay that has cruise controle fitted!

Some models of the T25 could be retro-fitted, there are threads on here about it from a while ago. IIRC the 1.8 petrol can't be done. I've not read about anyone doing a T27 yet tho.

can be done. i purchased cruise control lever, cable and 2 bolts (of totaled vehicle, cost almost nothing) and did it in 15 minutes. to be sure my car is T27 diesel with manual transmission.

I would imagine that fitting a T25 steering wheel to a T27 will probably invalidate your insurance, best check with them.

Hi .I have a same model and i have a same job done like you but cruise controll do nothing.

Do you have any idea what can be done as well?! Any extra wire or fuse or anything......
