Hi all

This is my first post so please bare with me :-)

Can anyone help me please. I am looking to fit roof side rails to my recently acquired 2011 Rav4. Was wondering if they are a straight forward enough job to DIY fit ? Was also wondering if they fit into the slots that are covered by the removable caps on the black "gutter" strips on the roof ?
