Hi members, on left side trip computer shows fuel consumption and on the right it shows old school navigation. i don't have manual for my toyota but i would like to set my trip computer that both sides shows information about fuel consumption (range, average, litters per km). Can someone tell me how to change that information on the right side of screen from navigation.

Yes!

Just take out your navigation (disconnect the 3 wires from the navigation under the seat), and there you are, dual information on screen :)

This is something I might try, but not sure if I'd like what I'll see, since the accuracy of the trip computer is bonkers, especially coming from a Japanese manufacturer. Shouldn't they be the best when it comes to electronics?

Here's a video with my "average" an a less then 1 km trip, after I filled it with 21 liters of diesel.

On a side note, I almost had a heart attack when I bought the car at the end of January, filled it with 55 liters and the range showed 600km of range!!

Yes, they are often inaccurate.

On a less than 1km trip from cold you are going to get poor economy. It should, however, be capable of doing over 800km on a full tank depending upon road/traffic/temp & driving style.

I managed a 7l/100km average (40.35 mpg uk) on the highway, 150-160 kmh(93-100 mph) which I'm almost ok with. This is fill-up to fill-up.
