Please Help Choose The Right Oil Engine 1Nr-Fr

Please ,I own Yaris 2013 third Generation,it s
1.3 vvti 99 bhp .engine type 1nr-fe and I would like to know about the oil engine that Toyoyta
specialist recommend for the car .I use 15w40 but I have a doubt that s not
excellent.

I live in Algeria ,north African country where the weather is hotter than Europe

In the UK, 0W-20 oil is the preferred oil for the 1NR-FE engine which is suitable for use in the temperature range -29 to +38 degrees centigrade. 5W-30 may also be used.

Although the title of your topic states the engine as being 1NR-FR

Use:

Normal (Change 15000 km / 12 months)

EDGE 0W-30

Capacity: 3,4 litre Service fill, Filter: 0,2 litre , Capacity: 3,9 litre Dry fill

I also use the same what you are using but heard that OW 20 Oil is good engine oil i also want to try it.
