Avensis Estate 2006 Blue Toothhandsfree Cheap Option

Hi all picking one of these up tommorow... dont know what the stereo is in it - dont think it is bluetooth - what is the easiest handsfree option so I can link my phone .... have seen parrot.....

There are some aftermarket bluetooth stereos on eBay but dont know whether they would be totally handsfree
