Installing A New Hu

I am transferring my current DAB radio from my previous vehicle to my Auris. It is a Sony DAB head unit, and I have the connects2 lead from my Megane, which lead do I need to source for the Auris (2008) as I'd like to have steering controls as well? (The connects2 adaptors on the likes of caraudiodirect state the 2001 model Auris onwards only, is this still valid for the 2008 variant)

Also, can someone suggest decent Speakers to go with it, particularly the correct tweeter size? On the Megane, it was a PITA to try and get Speakers that werent affected by the water running down the doors (Stupid French designers!)
