No Sound From Radio

Hope you can offer some advice. I can not get any audio from my radio (part B9003). It powers on, all indicators illuminate, controls for scanning and radio channels are shown and can be adjusted. The Sat Nav system, which is part of the radio/CD module works ok as does the CD. So the Speakers and fuses are ok. The radio is original with the car (Corolla made in 2005) and has been working fine until last week. I've tried the various controls, TP, TA, etc) and turn them all off but it remains silent. All other electrics in the car are working ok.

Can any one suggest what the problem could be and what I can do to make it work.
