Broken Rev Counter Needle

Hi all had my LN167 3.0l for the last year when I bought it the plastic speedo screen was broken new one ordered from toyota no problems have just fitted it and had a bit of a accident as I removed the broken plastic part of it flicked back and broke the needle off my rev counter I have spoken to toyota and the needle is only available with the whole rev counter unit and I live in Malta and have rung all the breakers I can find to no avail. Has anyone got any idea where I can get a needle?
