I have a 1994 lucida emina was running great went for a drive to blackpool the other night pulled up and it just cut off dead I got the breakdown out they checked it over and said it seems like a blockage between the stop valve and the injectors the valve is working fine

I have changed the fuel filter all the pipes have been cleaned out primed it still nothing there is fuel going into the pump but its not releasing it to the injectors can anybody Help please
