Hi All

Just to say hi, just bought myself a second hand 2003 Rav4 from the auction a couple of weeks ago, I have to say i do like it however, needed a service, new back discs and pads all round and now a water pump and all belts, I have been quoted £430 to supply and fit the pump and all belts is this a fair price?

Tnx

Richy

Hello Richy - welcome to Toyota Owners Club.

Post moved to Rav4 club for opinions on replacing water pump/belts.

With or without VAT - does this include parts and labour - if it includes parts, genuine Toyota or aftermarket? I'm presuming that the car is diesel in which case it has a timing belt. If it's a petrol then it has a chain drive cam so it's only the auxiliary belts you'd change. £430 for auxiliary belts and coolant pump change on a petrol would be way over the top.
