Strong Vibration While Driving

Hey guys, I'm all out of ideas on this so hopefully can get some advice on here.

I changed the engine in my 99 corolla 1300cc at the start of the week,

Engine is running fine no problem but when i took it for a test run there is a very strong vibration coming from somewhere. Feels like the wheel is about to fall off or something is very loose.

I've double checked every bolt underneath, driveshafts are both in correct and tight.

I wasn't near ball joints, track rods are tight.

Got the wheels balanced today because i had the car sitting on top of them when jacked up, they are both fine.

The only thing I can think of now is when I was putting on a new clutch I broke a bolt in the pressure plate, but it was sitting on nice and tight with the rest of them holding it when I bolted on the gearbox.

Really hope its not that because I don't wanna split the engine again.

Any ideas?? its probably/hopefully something stupid!
