This unit has one fatal flaw. The touch screen is unusable until it is calibrated. However you cannot calibrate it because the touch screen is unusable. When you touch the screen it thinks you are touching 2" above where you are actually touching which means that everything on the top row of icons is un-selectable. I eventually got mine to work after HOURS of factory resetting it over and over again and trying to select the calibration icon. I called Jensen and they suggested I send it back for repair. That is not an option because I live in Canada and drove into the USA to buy it. I suggest that Jensen produce a downloadable file that could be burned onto Micro SD card that would work like a boot disk that starts the unit in calibration mode. SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER PURCHASING THIS UNIT UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS SOLVED.
