Touch 2 And Go Problems In Land Cruiser 150

Hey everyone,

I have a Land Cruiser 150 Premium (2014) with Touch 2 and Go satnav.

In order to get updates for my system, i need to registrate it at the Toyota Customer Portal site.

I've tried many possible ways to complete the registration, but nothing seems to work.

I see my car on the portal site.

I'm able to set communication between satnav en portal-site, for example : i can send POI's from portal towards satnav.

If i have a look if there are updates available for my satnav, i get the message that i have to send settings from satnav to portal-site.

I've tried to send settings several times, but i see no changes on the portal.

Is there anyone here who succesfully registrated his touch 2 with Go on de customerportal ?

If yes, how did you do it ?

With my wifes satnav (Toyota Touch and Go Plus) i had no problems at all with registration.

Would suggest you try the Rav4 Forum, I am sure that they will answer and point you in the right direction.
