DOOR CLOSED(SLAMMED) NOW WONT OPEN CAN HEAR CATCH OPERATING BUT DOOR WONT BUDGE ,ALSO HOW DO YOU GET INTERIOR PANEL OFF DOOR????

Just a thought, have you asked your local Toyota service centre for a bit of freebee advice? I have always found them to be helpful.
