Need A Replacement Touch Screen

Hey everyone,

My wife's sister has a 2012 Prius which is needing a new touch screen. The existing screen is shattered and the touch function no longer works, meaning no climate control capabilities. I talked with Toyota today and asked for the part number of the unit and he said he was unable to provide that information as it could be different part numbers from different manufacturers. That doesn't sound quite right to me, hence why I took to the forums. If anyone would be able to shed some light on a part number I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
