Toyota Celica Ta23 Model Front Side Fender/wing

Hi! I'm currently looking around for a Toyota Celica TA23 model. I found a nice one, however it has a dent in the front left side fender/wing. Luckily I also found a replacement panel in the correct colour. The problem is... I have no clue whether it is an easy fix. Is it easy to remove this panel from the car and to replace it with another one? Is it only fixed with bolts or also with putty/kit? Is buying a new panel enough, or do I need additional equipment?
