Help Aygo Go Sat Nev

Hi all

Looking for some advice on my sat nav Toyota ll that is fitted to a dock in the AYGO GO.When its not in the dock is great and works fine through bluetooth but as soon as I fit it in to the dock the navigation works fine but any call made whether incoming or outgoing turn's the sat nav to mute and shuts down ..I've updated the latest software and reset ect ..anyone had this problem

Cheers all ..I bought the AYGO this last week ,everything else is great about the car :-)
