Celica 6Th Gen Fuel Neck Filler Replace

Hello I've tried in vain to get a video or instructions on how to replace a Celica 6th gen Fuel Neck Filler. Mine as corroded, and when i fill up it leaks through the pipe. I know have a new pipe ready to install, but sure off the process to do Any help would be welcome many thanks
