How Do You Remove Radio Antenna

how do you remove the radio antenna i.e. the whole stub that is stuck to the roof?

Is it magnetic or glued on or are there bolts under the headliner somewhere?

Where is the aerial?

If its in the middle of the roof, it would be bolted from inside.

its near the back of the roof but i cant get a ratchet shallow enough to twist the bolt without dedstroying the headliner has anyone done this before?

You should be able to drop the head lining.

Is it an after market antenna?

i went at it for an hour today, its such a pain there are so many panels you have to remove to drop the headliner enough to fit a ratchet in without creasing the headliner...have to start at the bottom of the boot to get to the top of the roof!
