Bought my Previa GX 1996 2 weeks ago and found the heated rear screen not working. What I found was the tag attached to the rear screen has broken off and missing. Does anyone know where I can buy a kit or is there anywhere I can get it repaired from. I live in East London. Any help please. Thanks.

You can get kits from the US (eg. Amazon.com) that can re-bond the tab to the heated rear window element - made by Permatex and Frostfighter. Presumably as the tab is missing, you could adapt a spade terminal to bond to the element.

Thanks for that, I'm surprised the adhesive is not available in the UK..
