I have a 2006 Corolla Verso. The passenger side rear door is rusting along the bottom edge. Is it something that would be covered by the anti corrosion warranty? Thanks

Think it will depend whether it is a manufacturing defect that has caused the rust (which is what the anti corrosion warranty covers) or something else (eg blocked drainage holes in the door).

The only way to determine whether Toyota will treat your car's rust as a manufacturing defect is to take it to a Toyota dealer and seek an opinion.
