1992 Corolla Dx

So I recently purchased a '92 Corolla DX 5-speed. Really nice car with the exception of one, the entire center (clock, radio, AC, and cig lighter). None of these power on at all. My first thought was that it was fuse related, checked the motor and interior fuses, none blown. Which lead me to my next conclusion, faulty/loose wiring behind the dashboard.

Before I went and started pulling everything apart I wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or ideas to this. I also do not know whether the AC working is singular or in sync with the clock and radio not working. The guy that I bought it from said it was like that when he bought it two years ago.
