what country are you in?

In the UK I would recommend 5w 30

oil filter- I personally use genuine made be denso, aftermarket I would use mann, ADL blueprint.

Spark plugs, denso/ngk/bosch

Coolant- stay with the same colour car came with

Airfilter again genuine denso, mann or blueprint

PCV valve- genuine only.
