Could also try some poly ones (e.g. from superflex or energy suspension), but they can be pricey.

Pitfalls

I ended up cutting off old nuts as the usual everything just spinned and never slackened off

Cheers guys. Rob, am i right in thinking i just just have to jack the car up? For some reason i have a thought in my head that i have to stick a jack under the lower wishbone to take the tension out of the A.R.B and droplinks too?

I just stick a long bar through the wishbone to lever it whatever way it needs .
