Hi

My 2.0litre D4D rav4 is giving me a headache. Car is losing power around 2500-3800rpms. Works good on other rpms. Done so far:

- SCV valves replaced

- turbo replaced (was faulty, thought that was the problem but no...)

- MAF cleaned (temps still quite high, what are normal values?)

- Fuel filter changed twice

- EGR cleaned, seems to work

- No fault codes or engine light on, checked on Toyota dealer (and no other faults according to computer)

- Washed intercooler & tubes, no leaks

Help please :)

I experienced a similar problem with my RAV 4 D4D 1CD FTV 2003 model. I replaced the Common Rail Pressure Sensor and it solved the problem. Figured it is usually the biggest culprit when it comes to that problem.
