Buying Used Rav4 Diesel With Replacement Engine

Hey guys

I'm looking at buying a used Rav4 from around 2006/2007. I've read a lot about the diesel engine issues, and am therefore looking at models that have had theirs replaced. Are these new engines problem-free? And are the 177hk and 136hk versions equally reliable?

One in particular i'm looking at is from 2007, has 178000km on the clock, but had a new engine fitted at 122000km. Would i be good to go in terms of reliability? I plan on keeping the car for no longer than 2-3 years.

Another option is the petrol, but it seems quite uneconomical, and the torque figures look a bit disheartening :)

Cheers
