Resetting Satnav In Toyota Noah

Hi I've just purchased a 2004 Noah freshly imported from Japan. Can anyone help me with resetting the satnav and in car entertainment system to English please.

Is it a Matsu*hita brand? The www.toyota-tech.eu site has a wealth of info that may help if a similar model was exported to Europe. I downloaded a few thousand pages by subscription and found in there (the Diagnostics section alone is 1,095 pages) English instructions for the factory MultiAV unit. It's still awkward looking at the printed page then looking at the screen of Japanese characters but it's a whole lot better than nothing.
