Help Buying A Celica

Hey guys, new to this fourm and Celicas so I have a few questions on a car I'm looking at buying.

Car is a 1992 Celica GT4 RC ST185 AWD and she's JDM. Got 100k kms on her with no rust and she's standard as well. Seller told me that he took it out of sorage two weeks ago and they're having a fuel issue and thinks its either the filter or the pump?

What do I look out for when buying her? Never looked at a celica before so I don't know if this model is any good or not. From the research I've done so far she seems to be an alright car except for the fact that she's heavy. She has a 3S-GTE engine in her, stock motor I assume, so I don't know what the good and bad traits are of these motors or what to look out for or anything. Also, wouldn't mind knowing about how much she's worth. Guy wants $4500 CAD for her so I have no idea if that's a good price or not. Any bit of advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
