Oil Leak On A D4D

Hi Guys...and you girls out there, I have a great 2007 D4D...perfect in every respect...apart from a substantial oil leak from the top of the cam chain cover and what looks like the rocker cover near the turbo. OK, what are the difficulties on fixing the cam chain cover leak, the alternator love being drenched in hot oil :( Thanks for your views and hopefully replies Ash
