Landcruiser Problems

I have a 2003 landcruiser with 2 problems unresolved by all dealships in my area. First is the tow harness, when I hook up my RV and then turn off ignition, the trailer Battery backfeeds into the car keeping the running lights on and the A/C fan motor running, resulting in draining the RV Battery. There was service bulletin re this problem, it was installed but did not correct the problem, I'm wondering if it is caused by an improperly installed electric brake controller.

Secondly is the voice command system which is worthless, give it a command and it responds with something totaly unrelated,i.e., say FM radio and the reply might be courthouse icons are displayed or some other off the wall response. Anyone have similar problems?
