I have got a European drive coming up soon and I was wondering if driving the IQ at 80-85mph for long periods of time will kill my car ?

Mine is a 1.0 manual

Driving at an indicated 80-85mph won't actually be 80-85 due to the speedometer being optimistic. The IQ should be capable of this, but economy won't be at its best, and having plenty of short breaks will be advantageous for both the car and the driver/passenger.
