hi can anyone help with my intermittent starting problem,if car has been stood for a couple of days it sometimes takes 3 or 4 attempts before it fires up, i have had the car from new February 2009 and its been serviced by main dealer Benfield Leeds

but each time they say there is no error code showing ,i have left the car with them for 2 days but they cant find any fault, in fact on one occasion when i went to collect it it would not start i wonder if another member has had a similar problem or any suggestions i would be grateful.car has covered 20,000 miles and doesn't show any symptoms except engine management light comes on after a few attempts of not starting. thanks in anticipation.
