Dash Board Issues

Hi All,

Nice joining this forum and meeting with fellow Toyota owners, it's a pleasure to be here.

I currently own a 2010 Toyota Yaris which I bought last year Sept. I had my clutch system replaced recently and afterwards my ABS and handbreak light wouldn't go off; prior to now whenever I'm on motion and my handbreak is activated in addition to the ABS light displaying on the dashboard, I hear this beeping sound that tells me that my handbreak needs to pulled down, I do not hear that sound anymore.

Also, my speedometer and mileage aren't working any longer; while my check engine displays after I have driven about 2-3km. All means to rectify all these has thus proved abortive. I was advised to take it to an electrical specialist to resolve these for me. I would really welcome suggestions as to how these can be resolved prior to fixing it as I also need to have a clue of why this is case. My mileage reading is stucked at over 151,000km for the past 2wks now.
