Land Cruiser Lc4 Auto 2011 Model

I have been looking at one of these and had a test drive which was very good mileage was just under 55k on looking at the underside there was a lot of surface rust along the chassis rails and the back axle going up into the arches to much for a 5 year old vehicle, there was a little bit of dirt under the lip of the rear arches. My question is has anybody got one of these and have the same problem. I didn't buy it.
