Toyota Aygo Connect Multimedia (2014)

Hello comrades,

I apologize if this has already been asked.But i couldn't find much on the search.

I have the tom tom Aygo Connect http://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/products/your-drive/built-in-navigation/toyota-aygo-connect-multimedia/

I used to have real time re routing on my last satnav, that would redirect me if traffic was en-route, and it was quicker to take another route, (saved me hours of time not sitting in traffic.

Does anyone know if i can download this feature for my satnav ?

So After no luck on responses, I have today plugged in my toyota / tom tom satnav into my laptop, installed the latest version of Tom Tom home, and had a look around the home portal,

My sat Nav Maps are out ouf date ( No surprise, car is a year old and map updates are quarterly) ..

Firstly, TomTom had an offer on, £54.99 for 1 years map updates, covering all 4 quarters, I nearly proceeded to purchase this, but then had a quick look on another tab called 'Tools> 'Map Guarentee' and found that the Toyota Aygo Connect Multimedia comes with a lifetime map activation !! there was a button to search for updates, and its now doing a half hour update at the cost of £0 :)

Further More, on the home page, I can download the Realtime Traffic Updates, for £29.99, and i will be given the option for rerouting if there is serious traffic / congestion :)

Very happy, Downloads happening now. It will be good to know my satnav is running upto date, and also not directing me into hours of traffic.

I would recommend anyone with the same system as me to at least get your latest map updates for free.

when we had our aygo (same as yours) we only had 3 months of updates included ,i thought we should of had 12 months of updates with buying a brand new car,so make sure you update the day before the 3 months is up to try to ensure the latest maps

Thanks eygo I will keep that in mind, to do it early each quarter. Mine does say lifetime map guarentee on the tinting home, so fingers crossed that's true.
