Radiator Support Bar/box-section

Hi all,

Bit of a long-shot this, ideas welcome!

'54, 2.0 T3-S estate. The box-section of bodywork that holds the radiator up has some pretty major holes in it and needs replaced (not structural, but is holding the rad up and some of the underpanels behind the bumper appear to clip into it).

Local Mr T says it's a discontinued part - end of discussion (so helpful!).

Anybody know if there's a magic grotto where one would be lying on a shelf awaiting purchase?

If not it's going to be a very time consuming fabrication job! :(

Many thanks in advance,

Dave

Try the following or similar breakers yard: http://www.northwestcarparts.co.uk/car-parts-finder-results?field_make_value=TOYOTA&field_model_select_tid=1235&page=1

I used them when I needed something a few weeks back. It's best to phone them.

I'd be really surprised if the part was discontinued, have a look at the picture attached, I believe you need part 57104A as 53216A is the upper radiator support. PM your chassis number and i will check tomorrow
