Navigation Avensis 2007 / Shift Knob

hello,

my name is Tobias and i come from Slovenia.

i have Toyota Avensis 2.2 d4d cat 177hp 2007

since we in Slovenia always get things the last, in 2007 we didn't have Slovenian maps for navigation. (they came out in 2008)

so my question is... where can i buy one? i don't even know which one i have to look for, cause i don't know the type of my navigation. Hope you'll tell me. here are some photos of it.

and another question.. i have manual transmission. my car have now 228.000 km and a shift knob (the silver part) stated to peel.. does anyone have it to sell? (you can see it on the picture too)
